So i started checking what addons are using how much memory. So i decided to delete all addons and just use ONE to see if lag appears or not. Incase theres any addon that might be causing it rather than all. I also ran a wow repair tool to make sure wow folder was not corrupted and it seems to be fine with no errors.
Its not Blizzard - because i have no lag if i run without addons. Its not my internet - because i have no lag if i run without addons. Potential issue - Addons BUT i used to have no lag with them previously before i downloaded the battle.
Wow folder - Not sure but just a blind shot, if its not the addons has to be something in the wow folder triggering lag when an addon is installed. Not much experience there for me to identify the issue. Anyways if you made it this far, please help and thanks in advance. Disable all addons and then enable them one at a time until you get that lag again. That will be your culprit. Pandaria is just as bad if not worse.
No issues in Draenor or outside of Chromie time on my main. Hopefully they get it sorted for the weekend. I am getting quite considerable connective lag. Send a private message to JRCC. One of the reasons why lag in WoW is consistent is that the transfer of packet data from your system to the server and back is not efficient.
On the way, packet data can be lost and this leads to problems like hit-marker delay, rubber-banding and missed commands entered through the mouse or keyboard.
